I see a lot of people spending more than 2 hour in the gym.
I get in the gym and these people are there, I leave the gym and they are still there.
There has been medical research saying that over training does more harm than good so be careful.
I personally spend on average 1 hour in the gym but sometimes when I want to stretch a bit more I tend to spend 1 hour and half max. I don’t believe that training longer than that gives me any health benefit so I stick with 1 hour time frame for each activity. If you want to practice two different fitness activities in a day than split it into one activity in the morning and the other activity in afternoon or evening for ultimate results.
Remember that your fitness journey is made of thousands steps and you won’t be able to improve your fitness levels overnight. Think about the long-term goal which you want to aim for.
